Southern Cross Health Insurance 

Southern Cross members can claim for alternative health care with our registered remedial therapists if they have one of the following plans:

1. The Wellbeing One & Two health insurance plans with the optional Body Care Module allows policyholders to claim up to $500 per year for remedial massage therapy.

2. The Health Essentials plan allows policyholders to claim for 75 per cent of their costs up to an annual maximum of $250 per claims year for remedial massage therapy.

Please note you will be emailed your invoice within 14 days of your appointment in order for you to submit your claim to Southern Cross.
